Our SAT / ACT Improvement Promise
Complete all 15 sessions, take the diagnostic and final practice test, and complete the assigned homework. If your practice test score does not improve, we will provide up to 3 additional sessions free.

- Applies to practice test scores measured in our program, not to official College Board or ACT scores.
- Missed sessions without 24 hours notice do not count toward completion.

How long is the free lesson?
The free intro is 20-30 minutes on Zoom, one per new student. It is a chance to meet a tutor, work on one real problem, and get a plan. Paid sessions are 60 minutes.
What grades and subjects do you cover?
Grades 3 through college, all subjects: math, science, English, history, languages, computer science, AP courses, homework help, and SAT and ACT prep. If Steven cannot teach a topic, he passes you to a tutor who can.
How does tutor matching work?
Tell us grade, subject, and goals. We match your student with an available tutor based on subject, grade, and learning style. We reply within 2 business hours, weekdays 9am-6pm ET.
Where are sessions held?
All sessions are live on Zoom. We are remote everywhere, so your student can join from home.
How do reschedules work?
Reschedule or cancel with at least 24 hours notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice are counted as used.
How do packages and expiration work?
Packages are paid in advance and are non-refundable after the first paid session. Monthly Bundle sessions expire 35 days after purchase. SAT / ACT Intensive expires 4 months after purchase. Unused sessions do not roll over unless a plan says so.
Do you guarantee a score?
No. We do not guarantee a specific score, admission, or official test result. The SAT / ACT Intensive includes our bounded Improvement Promise. See the terms under Pricing.
